ORDERING & PROCESS
1_ORDER & PURCHASE
Contact us with your event date. A Reserved Listing will be made with your specific requirements. You will be able to apply your custom Partner Discount Code at checkout.
2_PROOF & APPROVAL
A Digital Proof will be emailed to you upon purchasing. Please review and have your comments ready in a timely fashion. We can go through as many revisions as needed to ensure complete satisfaction
3_PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Once we receive your approval, we will proceed to making and drop shipping.
TIMEFRAME
Our turnaround is 4-6 weeks for production on customizable products, and additionally you need about 2-3 weeks for postal transit and framing if you want drop shipping. Expediting is available for orders closer than 9 weeks to guarantee a timely delivery. Minimum required schedule for orders is 2 weeks.
